Changsha Kovino Technology Co., Ltd. is building practical connections between China and Africa by bringing together businesses, institutions, investors and entrepreneurs with real opportunities on both sides.
Based in Changsha, Hunan Province, our work goes beyond introductions. We support market entry, sourcing and procurement, investment cooperation, industrial projects, institutional engagement and Study in China services. Our focus is simple: turning China–Africa connections into practical, long-term cooperation.
Over the past year, Changsha Kovino has expanded its engagement across Ghana, Nigeria and China through business delegations, government and institutional exchanges, factory visits, investment discussions and new partnership development. Here is a look at some of what we have been working on.
Secure Investment. Stronger China–Africa Cooperation.
Creating a secure and structured pathway for Chinese enterprises to invest, establish operations and develop long-term projects across Africa.
Changsha Kovino Technology Co., Ltd., in association with Hunan Shenbiao Special Protection Service Co., Ltd., is developing a structured support platform for Chinese enterprises seeking investment and expansion opportunities across Africa.
Under the guidance of the China-Africa Economic and Trade Promotion Research Association, and aligned with the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce’s cooperation policies regarding Africa, our work focuses on turning China–Africa cooperation into practical investment projects.
A central part of this approach is investor security. For companies considering industrial, manufacturing and infrastructure investments in unfamiliar markets, confidence begins with having reliable local coordination, risk awareness and on-the-ground support.
Our model therefore brings together investment facilitation, institutional coordination, local market access and security support to create a more dependable pathway for Chinese enterprises entering African markets.
This approach is already being advanced through our work in Ghana, where an alliance has been established around the proposed 350-acre Adansi Meduma Industrial Park, as well as through developing communications and cooperation opportunities in Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
The objective extends beyond individual transactions. We aim to help create long-term industrial projects that attract investment, establish factories, generate employment, strengthen local supply chains and create sustainable development opportunities for both Chinese and African partners.
Strategic Cooperation Signed for the 350-Acre Ghana Industrial Park
A major step from engagement to implementation in Changsha Kovino’s China–Ghana industrial development strategy.

Strategic cooperation signing ceremony, Changsha, China — August 2026.
On August 18, 2026, a strategic cooperation agreement supporting the proposed 350-acre Adansi Meduma Industrial Park in Ghana was signed in Changsha, Hunan Province.
The signing took place during the Ghana, Mozambique and Tanzania Economic & Trade Investment Matchmaking Conference and the launch ceremony for the China–Africa Economic and Trade Headquarters Building Expansion Zone, bringing together government representatives, institutional leaders, industrial parks and enterprises engaged in China–Africa economic cooperation.
Among the distinguished participants were Zheng Ping, Party Leadership Group Member and Deputy Mayor of Changsha; Wu Zhaoshu, Party Secretary and Director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce; Nana Kwame Bodei III, Chief of Adansi Meduma, Ghana; Peng Zheng, Executive President and Secretary-General of the Hunan China–Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Research Association; Huang Jing, Deputy Director of the Free Trade Coordination Division of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce; and Zhao Wenjiao, Deputy Party Secretary of the Changsha Economic and Commercial Zone.
During the event, multiple cooperation agreements relating to industrial parks and investment projects in Ghana, Mozambique and Tanzania were signed.
For Ghana, the cooperation represents an important step toward the proposed development of approximately 350 acres at Adansi Meduma in the Ashanti Region into a production-oriented industrial park capable of accommodating manufacturing and industrial investment.
Changsha Kovino’s role is centered on bridging the Chinese and Ghanaian sides — facilitating communication, connecting suitable enterprises and institutional partners, supporting investor entry and helping establish the practical relationships required to move industrial projects from opportunity identification toward implementation.
The long-term objective is to attract productive investment into Ghana, establish factories and industrial operations, create employment, strengthen local supply chains and technology cooperation, and provide participating Chinese enterprises with a structured platform for accessing Ghana and the wider West African market.
Nana Kwame Bodei III presents the 350-acre Adansi Meduma Industrial Park vision.
